Pamela Reif is an entrepreneur and health and fitness influencer from Karlsruhe, Germany.

She was recently present at the Forbes Under 30 Summit Europe where she shared her journey from being an Instagram influencer to a businesswoman.

Reif discussed her perspectives regarding the inconstant aspects of being a social media influencer. The health and fitness enthusiast remarked that she possesses a balanced viewpoint on the changing nature of being famous on Instagram.

The 23-year-old southwestern Germany native said that social media stars like herself have to understand that they only have a certain time when they are popular. Reif pointed out that, as a social media influencer, she understands that people can choose to follow her today.

Then, if her Instagram fans no longer find her posts interesting, she accepts the fact that her followers could, later on, click the "unfollow" button. Reif is one of Germany's most famous social media influencers.

She maintains the Instagram account handle, @pamela_rf. At the time of writing, she has more than 4.4 million followers on the famous photo and video-sharing website.

Reif shared that when she was a high school student, she would use Instagram to share posts of her gym selfies, her meals, and her accessories. Then, she said that she later discovered that her fitness and health routine successfully built a loyal following.

She cited that when her hobby raked in 500,000, brands began approaching her for sponsorship and advertising deals. That time was when her Instagram pastime became a growing business empire.

Aside from the Facebook-owned platform, Reif also has a YouTube channel with 1.5 million subscribers, according to the news published online by Forbes, an international media agency focusing on delivering news about technology, business, investing, leadership, entrepreneurship, and lifestyle.

Furthermore, Reif has expanded her venture into an Internet-based fitness program called "Pamstrong," which comprises a fitness application. She also has product deals with various companies like Swedish fashion label Nak-d, hair-straightener brand GHD, and Calzedonia.
